TOP NEWS
  • Significant improvement in Asset Management – completely new mobile application, moved start of process from purchase order, working with warehouse, full electronic circulation of handover protocols.
  • New important features in the configuration database – new tree navigation, visual display of relationships, attributes for Cybersecurity, Business continuity management, and other improvements

Requests

  • New Request Catalog widget in the Home overview
  • Request Catalog: Hyperlink in tile – redirects to external link
  • Ability to set workflow for request states in the template
  • Adding tags to request templates
  • Defining keywords for easier searching in the request catalog
  • Separation of configuration items and services into separate columns (request list + export)
  • Export of request list (CSV/XLSX) also includes links to attachments
  • Ability to enable “Due Date from” for each template individually
  • When writing a discussion, it is now possible to insert text from the template directly at the cursor
  • Added preview content (preheader) in email notifications from discussions
  • Extension of custom opened states from 10 to 30

Configuration database

  • Mass deletion of records
  • Archive of deleted items from the configuration database with the ability to restore
  • Automatic column matching when importing from XLSX based on previously exported XLSX file
  • Added CSV export of configuration items (CI)
  • New role for configuration items – Item Owner
  • Renaming item type “Services Catalog” to “Services”

Calendar

  • Ability to create selected objects from a specified time period

Gantt chart

  • Creating hierarchy of requests in Gantt chart using drag and drop
  • Adding and deleting objects in real-time (changes recorded in the next version)
  • Displaying project deals in Gantt chart without the Projects module enabled
  • Added filters: Code, Type, Depends on, Current Progress
  • Added permissions for Planning Mode field

Projects

  • Added templates for project deals with the ability to link to a request and set priority
  • Ability to manage custom states of open project deals
  • Automatic inclusion of time on a (project) request into the total time of the parent project deal
  • Time planning by assignees in project deals
  • Added priority for project deals, including a new column “Priority”

Notifications

  • Added roles Project Manager and Responsible Person for the project in notification sending rules from requests

Fulfillments

  • Summary of fulfillments at the end of the fulfillment list extended with the number of transports and fulfillments
  • Automatic application of fulfillment template after selection
  • In the fulfillment list, the Status filter extended with values “No Response” and “Approved Non-Zero”
  • New columns in the fulfillment list: “Real time worked” and “Hourly Rate”

Orders, Billing and Invoicing

  • New option for bulk editing of billing items in the billing item list
  • Added multiple columns for filtering in the billing item list
  • Billing item can now also be deleted in the order detail

Scoreboard

  • Ability to create custom scoreboard

Directory

  • Contact export filter by company

Tasks

  • Added right panel in Tasks – editing and creating new records

Message Processing

  • Improved handling of deleted messages in Messages for processing

Offers

  • Email preview shows current offer status
  • Extended offer summary with original price and discount amount
  • PDF output of offer now includes “Issued by” and “Customer Contact”

Users and Groups

  • Updated display of user details
  • Ability to assign a unique ID to a user – personal number
  • AD connector – Ability to create accounts in CDESK for users without a group

General Features

  • Extended filtering in Requests and CMDB by current (logged-in) and invalid users
  • Restored ability to filter by condition “is not” for all dates in the system
  • Increased size limit for exports to XLSX, CSV from all modules
  • New tag settings – assigning tags to modules
  • Access to server logs if you operate your own CDESK server

Approvals

  • Added roles for approvals – Applicant’s Department Manager, Applicant’s Section Manager, and Applicant’s Division Manager
  • Added column selection in the approval list

Connectors

  • Added Supervisor attributes to ENTRA ID connector
  • Added OAuth2.0 authentication for connection from other systems to CDESK
