Another use of AI – this time for reporting on requests, improved customer support using WhatsApp in CDESK, and the first version of the new quick calendar.
With version 3.2.7 you can try creating reports from requests using AI*, improve customer support through the integrated WhatsApp Business service in CDESK and make your work more enjoyable with a completely new calendar (note that we will remove older calendars in the next version).
