Operator`s rating overview
Each customer can see his rating overview in the initial overview page. It is defaultly set as the first page shown after logging in. Alternatively, if it is enabled it is possible to access the initial overview page from the left menu: CDESK -> Administration -> The initial overview or through the lint at the upper right part of the screen. Both ways are shown in the following picture
If you set the overview to the specific operator, you will see information about his average ratings in the top right corner of the screen. Click the (Rated x from y) to open the list of completed requests with accepted solution.
You will be redirected to request list with predefined filtering options to show only requests with chosen operator as a solver and with status Accepted completion. You can also access the request list from the left menu (CDESK -> Administration -> Requests) and fill the filtering options on your own to get the same results. The rating is visible directly from the list of requests.
Customer can also leave a comment to the rating. This can be viewed by opening the request`s details page by double clicking the row with the desired request. There is a field History of acceptance which contains the information about the person who accepted the solution, date, comment and rating.
