They provide enhanced helpdesk functionality including a service catalog, communication (discussion, external mail), and regular requests.

Requests – Work Orders

They offer automation of internal processes linked to the service catalog.

They record completed work, transportation, and material consumption.

Taks

They specify the exact time frame of the task. It is a simpler object than a Request. Often used in planning service interventions.
