Operational activities

Requests
They provide superior helpdesk functionality, including a service catalog, communication (discussion, ext-mail), and regular requests.

Work orders
They offer automation of internal processes linked to a service catalog.

ITSM processes
Incident, Change, Service request, Problem management is ensured by configuration in Requests and work orders.

Tasks
Specify a concrete time frame for execution. This is a simpler object than a Request. Often used when planning service interventions.

Approvals
