With MicroSIP Control, you can answer and dial calls directly in CDESK. No intermediate step is required when dialing a number: no need to pick up in MicroSIP to make a call, but once the number is entered in CDESK, the call is made right away. MicroSIP Control also ensures that the MicroSIP application starts automatically when the computer is switched on, so you don’t have to worry about any missed calls just because you forgot to turn on MicroSIP.
