  • Fixed an issue where automatic status changes of work orders sometimes did not send the correct notifications.

  • Fixed the evaluation of whether custom fields should be required based on the request status – fields are set as required only for predefined status changes.

  • We enabled entering the value “0” into custom fields. Previously, CDESK marked the field as empty in such cases.
  • We added the Manager attribute to the ENTRA ID connector.

  • We fixed the slow data loading when creating a request from a template.
  • Gantt chart: When filtering by Project type with multiple options, no results were displayed.
  • Gantt chart: When filtering by Current progress, relevant project deals were not displayed.
  • It was sometimes not possible to disconnect a related request in the project’s request list.

  • If default reasons for completion and a solution method are set in the Global request settings, these values are automatically filled in when closing a request.

  • The number of processed and unprocessed requests (displayed in the Requests section of the menu) can be enabled or disabled in the Profile Settings.
