Your technician arrives for a service call – the internet is weak, the client is in a hurry. The technician needs to quickly resolve the problem, log the work, and generate a service report. Most applications become a hindrance at such times. CDESK Pro is designed for such cases. You get access to the application with every CDESK license.
Overview of planned trips
Service technician Albert starts his workday by checking his scheduled work and trips. On the home page, he sees which Requests have been assigned to him and which are waiting to be resolved. For an even better overview, he opens the Calendar, where he sees the exact time and place of the trip. He finds new comments and changes in Notifications.

To make it easier for him to work, he customized the application’s visuals – a dark style with orange-marked buttons.

Device details in one click
One of the notifications talks about an important request – urgent repair of the air conditioning unit. Albert clicks through the notification directly to the request details, where he sees what, where and for whom he will be repairing today.

QUICK NAVIGATION
Albert uses the bookmark to switch to the List of Items, where he studies the technical data of the device being serviced. He also has the service manual available as a PDF attachment.
Prepared for unexpected outages
Albert moves the request to the “in progress” state and leaves for the trip. The signal is weak at the location and the internet is not available. However, before leaving, Albert marked the request as available offline – now he can work on it even without the internet. The next time he connects to the network, his saved data will be synchronized.
OFFLINE ACCESS
Albert can mark the request as Completed and write a solution to the problem in the Solution field. The changes will be updated when he connects to the internet.

Service logs and work records
After the repair is completed, Albert records the hours worked and attaches this performance to the request. The performance may also include photos or other attachments. Albert then issues a service protocol to the client via the application for signature.

COMPLETE PROCESS
After completing the work, Albert issues a service protocol to the customer. The application allowed him to go through the entire process, from receipt of the request to its completion.
