Custom request statuses, new module for document registration, fulfilment approval and many other features
Since this version 3.1.12 you can define your own request status, approve fulfilments, invoice fulfilments according to approvals, enjoy a summary economic overview of all project deals, etc.
Completion of approval details, easily accessible information about leaves, and much more
Possible to request approval data directly in the approval process, information on leaves displayed in the calendar and on the main bar, convenient bulk sending of invoices and listing of jobs
We have a new design of the request list, we have added the number of records in the saved filters, as well as thumbnails in the database

Extensions in additional features, pre-invoicing overview and user identity logging
Version 3.1.5 contains many improvements. The obligation to fill in additional properties can now be set only for specific request statuses. Custom selection lists allow additional sub-items to be defined for each item. These and other features are introduced in the following text.

Do you want to digitize your business processes? Let us advise you on how to select and deploy a suitable system. The introduction of system into processes almost always comes only when problems in organization arise.
As the company grows, the organization can become chaotic at some point. The company grows rapidly and people in the management can no longer keep everything in their heads, as new deals eclipse the importance of older promises and solutions. The effort to tackle this problem resulted in the programming of a prototype CDESK solution, which was designed to bring order to competencies and the work in progress.
