A stopwatch for measuring time worked, integration with AI via the CDESK MCP server, and improvements to VoIP calls
CDESK 3.2.12 introduces three main new features. The Stopwatch module (CDESK Timer) allows you to measure time worked directly whilst working – in the background, with breaks, and with the measured time converted into fulfilment time. The CDESK MCP server enables connection with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini Enterprise, which can operate directly within CDESK across 8 modules and up to 64 operations. We have expanded VoIP calls via Zadarma to include a supervisor overview of queues and extensions, AI summarisation of recordings and a new phone directory.Other new features in this version are primarily aimed at speeding up day-to-day work – fewer clicks, clearer lists and quicker access to the functions you use most often.

New VoIP integration, smart desktop app for Windows/Mac and improvements to Kanban and Calendar
CDESK 3.2.11 brings significant enhancements to communication, request management and day-to-day operations. The biggest new feature is the new VoIP integration with the Zadarma service, which allows users to make calls directly from CDESK without the need for external applications, including call recording, AI transcriptions and Supervisor mode for monitoring agents. This version also introduces a revamped Kanban board with real-time updates, a new CDESK Pro desktop application for Windows and Mac, improvements to the Calendar, and a host of other practical features and enhancements.
New features and permissions in the area of change management, merging requirements into a primary requirement
CDESK 3.2.10 marks a significant step forward in the management of requests and processes. A key new feature is the move towards systematic change and incident management – new request statuses, the appointment of change managers and improved control over process flows. This version also includes request merging, including discussions; advanced project management capabilities; modifications to the CMDB and Asset management; improved approval workflows; notifications; and optimisations to the mobile interface.

Improved order management, new CMDB structure, visual reports and email approval via keywords
CDESK 3.2.9 offers improvements to order records - from issuing to stocking. The package of new features includes cybersecurity management in asset management, a tree structure in the CMDB, preparation of custom graphic outputs, and much more.
Adjusting the display of missed requests in the menu
Dear CDESK user, as of version 3.2.8.18, the display of the number of outstanding requests in the left-hand menu has been disabled across the board.
Improvements of Gantt charts and Offers, AI function for finding solutions from data in requests
In version 3.2.8, we focused on improving the Gantt charts for projects and quotations. In addition, this packed release includes further use of AI in requests and a number of UX improvements to make the interface easier to use.
New ways to use AI in Requests, WhatsApp integration to improve communication, significantly improved version of the Calendar module
Specialised reports generated by artificial intelligence, the ability to quickly create requests based on conversations with customers via WhatsApp, and a more flexible and practical Calendar.
Simplified access to CDESK, new role in approval, improved tag management for multiple modules, custom request number series
Easier access to CDESK via Microsoft Entra ID, a new role – “Requester’s Supervisor” – in the approval process, the option to create separate number series with a custom prefix, a new tag management interface for Requests, Tasks, Deals and Projects.
