There couldn’t have been a better date for filming. The thirteenth! Exactly the 13th of June, and luckily it wasn’t a Friday but a Tuesday. On this day we devoted ourselves at the company to something completely different from usual. Everything literally „revolved“ around CDESK, which we talk about, which we present and which we want to make known to those whose work it could make easier. A report for the show Svet technológií on TA3 television is just the right format for that. Of course, beforehand we worked on the materials about CDESK, putting together information for the script. Exactly on the morning of the 13th of June, the reporter and presenter, the professional Ľubo Straka, came to us with his cameraman colleague, and it turned into a whole day of filming. We – mainly they – had to really hustle to manage everything as planned.
In elegant shirts and suits, our CEO Miro and sales manager Martin stood out in front of the cameras. They tried to say the most important things about CDESK and, above all, to keep it simple. That is sometimes a big problem when you can talk about CDESK for hours and you have to say it in a minute. We quietly watched how they were doing, since the whole report was built on their contributions… For the illustrative shots, the company had to be tidied up a little, codes had to be written on the flipchart, more coffee had to be made and a „meeting“ had to be set up just for the cameras. They also filmed the presenter’s segments outdoors, that is in front of the company, and we went to see our long-standing clients, who willingly agreed to be filmed.
First to the company Aplhaset, into a workshop full of special plotters for printing posters and a stock of coloured rolls, which was a beautiful environment for the camera. The printing of a poster in bold colours was fascinating, especially to us laymen. The company’s owner, Milan Plechlo, spoke about our long-term cooperation and the use of CDESK, which has saved the company a great deal of time and processes. They use several modules, for recording machines and equipment, for maintenance planning, and also for invoicing.
The vice-chair of the board of the company Seyfor, Zuzana Zajičková, welcomed us in super modern office premises, where one of the fastest growing companies in Slovakia and the Czech Republic works… In the interview she stated that, thanks to CDESK, up to 50% of all processes in the customer support department are digitised, and much more of interest.
