Together, we can overcome anything

This is our motto – the motto of brothers Miroslav and Ladislav Jombik. From the very beginning, we shared the same goal: to be reliable partners for our clients, to help them manage IT efficiently, securely, and in line with processes. And always stay one step ahead of the competition. This vision remains true to this day.

“We’ve all experienced the evolution of technology first-hand – from the first computer networks and screeching dial-up modems to today’s fast optical and wireless connections. What used to be sci-fi is now reality,” recalls Miroslav.

From a simple helpdesk to CDESK 3.0

In the beginning, CDESK was just a modest internal tool. But our customers’ needs motivated us to go further and develop it into a fully-fledged product.
In 2005, under the brand Customer Desk, we started developing a basic helpdesk as part of the Customer Monitor software. Gradually, more clients expressed interest in using this tool. Therefore, in 2016 we began developing the third generation of the system – today’s CDESK. We preserved the original idea: to help companies monitor and improve service quality. This time, however, with a focus on corporate standards (ITIL, ISO) and versatility. The first major deployments came in 2019.

Reliability as a foundation

At the beginning, we asked simple but important questions:

“Has the backup run? Is the computer system updated and protected with antivirus?”

Back then, these checks were carried out in person – directly at the machines. Available software was either expensive or unsuitable for smaller businesses. If we wanted to succeed as an IT company, we had to offer something better – more efficient, with added value. And so Customer Monitor was born – a tool for monitoring and managing computers and servers.

Customer demands drove us forward

“My email isn’t working… I need a new monitor… I can’t open a file…”
These kinds of requests came in daily. As the number of technicians grew, we needed an overview.

A helpdesk became a necessity. But once again – solutions were either too costly or simply didn’t meet our needs. So, we created our own. And we decided to give customers access too – something that wasn’t common practice at the time.

Friendships that endure

Our first CDESK 2.0 users were those we had long-standing partnerships with. These relationships were built on trust, keeping our promises, and a personal approach. Thanks to this, we remain friends with many of them to this day. Their real-life needs were reflected in the software – in solutions that work, are flexible, and built on well-chosen architecture.

What drives us?

Simple: A desire to do things that make sense.
We want to create software that saves time, simplifies work, and provides clarity. Software that brings a team together as one community.
“Our goal has always been – and always will be – to offer more than just good services,” says Miroslav Jombik.

We’re moving forward

We are a Slovak software company. Today, we are active in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, and we are gaining customers from abroad as well. Behind us is a strong team, a shared vision, and belief that CDESK and CM have great potential.
