Dear resolver in the CDESK system,
since version 3.2.8.18, the display of the number of missed requests in the menu on the left side has been globally disabled.
Usually, these are two numbers placed directly next to the Requests menu. One shows the number of missed responses and the other shows the missed completion deadline. If you have response time tracking disabled, only one number is displayed.
You can enable the display of the number of missed requests in My Profile, in the Default settings section, under the option “Show the number of requests for response in the main menu”
