We grow together with our clients – and the results speak for themselves. To maintain a personal connection and improve our services, we meet with clients and together prepare case studies in which we look at specific stories of successful collaboration.   

Implementation as the foundation 

What are we interested in? Whether CDESK met expectations. And conversely – where they see room for improvement. We talk about the visions that brought them to CDESK, and find out whether the system has proven itself in practice.  

CDESK was successfully deployed and began to be used primarily for IT, but we are gradually trying to expand it into further areas, such as HR or facilities management, where the processes are similar to IT.

The Requests, CMDB and Address Book modules helped the company Secar digitalise up to 80% of internal processes and respond to incidents more efficiently. Our Scoreboard, in turn, helps them track KPIs and keep dispatching statistics for call-outs.

The major telecommunications service provider Energotel records its infrastructure in our Configuration Database (CMDB), where it can link individual items with the services provided, which helps for example with planned outages. They use the Requests module as their ticketing tool.

The technicians of the Czech company Hello IT use the Omnichannel module with an integrated VOIP service to make, track and record calls with customers. They also have the option of using AI to automatically transcribe audio into text.

Since they manage more than 6,000 client computers, they need a reliable ticketing system – the Requests module. Remote device management is handled by another of our products – CUSTOMER MONITOR.

Seyfor, a strong European player in the ERP field, chose our Deals module, in which it records the processes associated with delivering a deal. We specially adapted the Reporting module to their needs. This gives them access to statistics on fulfilled and unfulfilled requests, as well as a tool for monitoring and planning the budget of deals.

Thanks to the connector, it is possible to link CDESK with the Money S4/S5 software (from the Seyfor company) and thus have all the tools for invoicing and accounting at hand. This connection is used, for example, by the company Alphaset, a supplier in the field of signmaking and advertising printing. Invoices issued in CDESK can be supplemented with a report of fulfilments (work performed) from the Fulfilments module.
