CDESK 3.2.12 introduces three main new features. The Stopwatch module (CDESK Timer) allows you to measure time worked directly whilst working – in the background, with breaks, and with the measured time converted into fulfilment time. The CDESK MCP server enables connection with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini Enterprise, which can operate directly within CDESK across 8 modules and up to 64 operations. We have expanded VoIP calls via Zadarma to include a supervisor overview of queues and extensions, AI summarisation of recordings and a new phone directory.Other new features in this version are primarily aimed at speeding up day-to-day work – fewer clicks, clearer lists and quicker access to the functions you use most often.

CDESK 3.2.11 brings significant enhancements to communication, request management and day-to-day operations. The biggest new feature is the new VoIP integration with the Zadarma service, which allows users to make calls directly from CDESK without the need for external applications, including call recording, AI transcriptions and Supervisor mode for monitoring agents. This version also introduces a revamped Kanban board with real-time updates, a new CDESK Pro desktop application for Windows and Mac, improvements to the Calendar, and a host of other practical features and enhancements.

CDESK 3.2.10 marks a significant step forward in the management of requests and processes. A key new feature is the move towards systematic change and incident management – new request statuses, the appointment of change managers and improved control over process flows. This version also includes request merging, including discussions; advanced project management capabilities; modifications to the CMDB and Asset management; improved approval workflows; notifications; and optimisations to the mobile interface.
