Order records is part of the Deals module, located in the main menu under Deals->Order records. If it does not appear in the menu, make sure you have the Deals module enabled in Global settings->Deals->Deals and that you have been granted the necessary permissions to work with deals and billing in Users and groups->Users.
The list contains received and issued orders with the option to search. It also displays all orders issued in the deal’s Cost Planning, in the External plan section.
Orders can be edited by double-clicking on the order row, or by using the option from the context menu
Edit . You create a new order by clicking the +Add button at the top of the window.
In the first step, choose the order type:
Document type – Issued order
Issued order number – generated automatically after the order is saved
Orderer – select a customer. In the case of an order issued from a deal, the orderer is the customer assigned to the deal. By clicking > you open a list with advanced filtering; if you do not have the company you are looking for on record, use + to create a new one
Orderer’s contact person – select from contacts, or add a new contact by clicking +
Deal – if the order is linked to a deal, select from the deals recorded under the orderer
Responsible person – the user responsible for issuing the order
Date of issue – select the date the order was issued
Delivery date – select the delivery date of the order’s subject
Currency – select the currency. The list of allowed currencies can be edited in Global settings->Billing
Price excluding VAT – calculated based on the prices of the items on the order
Price including VAT – calculated based on the prices of the items on the order
Content – a description of the order by which the order can be identified and searched
Supplier – select from the list. By clicking > you open the list of companies with advanced filtering; if you do not have the company you are looking for on record, use + to create a new one
Supplier’s contact person – select from contacts, or add a new contact by clicking +
Order items – described below in a separate paragraph
Document type – Received order
Received order number – generated automatically after the order is saved
Supplier – select from the list. By clicking > you open the list of companies with advanced filtering; if you do not have such a company on record, use + to create a new one

Date of receipt – select the date the order was received

You add a new item by clicking +Add item . In the newly added row, fill in the Name, Quantity, Unit, Unit price and VAT rate fields. The Amount excluding VAT and Amount including VAT are calculated automatically. You remove the item row from the order by clicking
